Libria, the biometric scan operated by MyFloww, uses your device camera and an on-device pose-estimation model to measure body alignment, posture and range of motion, and then produces a written screening report.

It is a screening tool, not a medical device and not a diagnosis. It does not replace examination by a qualified physiotherapist or doctor. Do not use it to diagnose, treat or rule out any condition, and do not delay seeking medical advice because of anything it reports. If you are in pain, injured, or unsure whether it is safe to stand unsupported for a scan, seek professional advice first.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account and buy a scan.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure.
• The details you give us must be accurate — your report is generated from them.
• Scan yourself, or someone who has agreed to be scanned and whose report they are entitled to receive. Do not scan anyone without their knowledge.

A scan credit is bought before scanning and is spent when a report is generated. If a scan is abandoned before a report is produced, the credit is not spent. If a report fails to generate, the credit is returned automatically.

• Detailed Clinical Report — ₹249 for 1 report.
• 5 Detailed Reports — ₹1,000 for 5 reports.
• 10 Detailed Reports — ₹1,800 for 10 reports.
• White-Label · 30 days — ₹1,499 for 0 reports.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayU; MyFloww does not receive or store your card details. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. See our Refund Policy.

• Do not attempt to obtain reports without paying for them, or to interfere with how credits are counted.
• Do not use automated tools to access the service, or resell access to it.
• Do not upload images of anyone other than the person being scanned.
• We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used in these ways.

You keep ownership of the images you capture and the reports produced from them. You grant us permission to process those images for the sole purpose of generating your report, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your images or reports to train models and we do not sell them.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The scan depends on your device camera, your browser and your network, none of which we control. We may change or withdraw features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

To the extent permitted by law, MyFloww is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from reliance on a screening report, from performing a scan, or from any decision taken on the basis of one. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
