For physiotherapists and clinics

A posture, gait and range of motion screening tool for physiotherapists

Libria gives a physiotherapist a camera-based screening report for posture, gait and range of motion that a patient can produce on their own phone, at home or in the waiting room, in a few minutes. The clinical PDF prints every measured angle against a tolerance band, an evidence plate with the tracked landmarks, a provenance strip, and a comparison against the previous scan with a minimal-detectable-change floor. Reports are bought in packs of five or ten, from ₹180 each, and the patient needs nothing but a browser.

Libria is built by MyFloww, the home-physiotherapy practice system, and it is designed to sit beside a clinical assessment rather than replace one. It measures what a camera can honestly measure, prints how it measured it, and leaves the interpretation to you.

For a clinic, the value is continuity: a patient can repeat the same protocol between visits, and the report tells both of you whether a change is larger than the ordinary variation between two scans.

What the clinical report contains

  • Alignment trace

Thirteen postural metrics across frontal, sagittal and transverse planes, each plotted as a multiple of its own tolerance, with its threshold and a repeatability marker.

  • Provenance strip

Pose engine, geometry (2D or 3D world), views captured, frames, tracking confidence, and the camera tilt and roll at capture, so you can judge the numbers.

  • Evidence plates

The captured stills with the tracked skeleton and value pills drawn on, for the posture protocol.

  • Gait table

Cadence, stride times, step-time asymmetry, arm swing, peak knee flexion, trunk lean, step width and vertical oscillation from accepted straight segments, with confidence.

  • Range of motion table

Estimated angles for shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, trunk and neck movements, each side, against provisional adult reference ranges, with tracking quality per reading.

  • Progress against the previous scan

Each comparable metric with its before and after values, the delta, and whether it cleared that metric’s change floor.

  • Customer header and report number

Patient name, phone and email, age and sex, assessor and clinical focus, with a stable report number and page identification on every sheet.

Where clinics use it

  • A baseline on the first visit, produced in the waiting room before the assessment.
  • Home re-checks between appointments, so progress conversations start from numbers.
  • Discharge documentation with a before-and-after comparison.
  • Screening days, corporate wellness camps and sports teams, where many people need a quick, consistent protocol.

How a Libria scan works

  1. STEP 01

Open the scan on your phone

No app to install. Sign in, choose the scan type, and prop your phone where it can see all of you.

  2. STEP 02

    Follow the on-screen guide

Three 10-second captures for posture, a short straight walk for gait, or one steady movement for range of motion.

  3. STEP 03

    Read your measured report

Every angle in degrees against a screening band, with plain-English explanations, as a PDF you can keep or send to your physiotherapist.

What a camera scan cannot tell you

  • It is a screening adjunct. It does not replace clinical examination, and it should not be the sole basis for a diagnosis or treatment decision.
  • Measurements are two-dimensional estimates from a phone camera; trunk rotation is estimated in 3D and is read with more caution. Camera level is checked and reported at each capture.
  • Reference bands are provisional adult screening values. They are printed with each metric so you can apply your own judgement.
  • Photographs are processed on the patient’s device and are not stored on our servers; a downloaded or emailed PDF may include them.

Questions people ask

Does the patient need an account?

Yes, a free account with a verified email, so the report has somewhere to live and can be re-downloaded later. A physiotherapist can also run scans of patients from their own account and enter the patient’s details on the report.

How are reports priced for a clinic?

Reports are bought as credits. A pack of five Detailed reports is ₹1,000 and a pack of ten is ₹1,800, which works out to ₹200 and ₹180 per report. Single reports are ₹99 for Basic and ₹249 for Detailed. There is no subscription.

Can the report carry our clinic’s name?

The clinical PDF prints the assessing physiotherapist’s name and, where a clinic name is supplied, uses it in the masthead. A fully white-labelled pass that removes Libria branding is defined in the pricing table but is not yet on sale.

What does the minimal detectable change floor mean?

For each postural metric, the report carries a floor below which a difference between two scans is treated as ordinary measurement variation rather than real change. The progress table says whether each delta cleared that floor, so a two-degree shift is not mistaken for progress.

Which pose engine does it use?

Google’s MediaPipe pose landmarker, running in the browser on the patient’s device. The engine, geometry mode and tracking confidence are printed in the report’s provenance strip.
